The third season of the American television drama series Star Wars: The Jedi Path premiered on January 10, 2000 and concluded on May 15, 2000. It consisted of fifteen episodes, each running approximately 48 minutes in length. Fox broadcasted the third season on Mondays at 9:00 pm in the United States. To keep costs down, Granger opted to have fewer episodes than a typical show and use the extra money to make the visual effects far more impressive. The complete third season was released on Region 1 DVD on February 24, 2005.

35 | 2000 | The Broken World: Fallen | The Princess of Ondos returns with numerous ships (carrying refugees) revealing that Phaxon has been destroyed by a cataclycism. Knowing that she can't stay on Earth, she pleads with the Jedi to help her locate a new world. |
36 | 2000 | The Broken World: Refugees | The Sith attempt to sabotage both the efforts of the Jedi searching for a new world, and those trying to keep the Vyss Crystal from faling into the Sith's hands. |
37 | 2000 | The Broken World: Hiding in Plain Sight | C.J. and Mace escape their imprisonment on the world of Chioda and manage to rescue the Princess of Ondos as well. Meanwhile the Phaxon refugees are able to outsmart the Sith and the U.S. Government authorities searching for them. |
38 | 2000 | The Broken World: Freedom | After locating a suitable world to re-settle, the Princess of Ondos, needs the Jedi to help escort her ships to safety. The Sith in pursuit, manage to steal the Vyss Crystal, not realizing that the life essence of the Phaxon people has been removed and placed into a new receptacle, the Jedi Archive. |
39 | 2000 | Darksaber | After one too many failures, Darth Abyssus is formally challenged by Darth Vindus. Abyssus is beaten in combat, but manages to escape a death penalty with the help of his supporters. |
40 | 2000 | Abyssus Plain | Darth Abyssus is forced to take refuge from the Sith. Following the advice of Abdul-Ahad or (Servant of the One), Abyssus opts to enlist the aid of Deak and the Jedi to help damage the Sith's operations. |
41 | 2000 | A Council of War | Darth Abyssus has taken to hiding amongst his enemies, a fact that is not lost on Mace. Deak opts to let the situation play itself out, even if it means fracturing the Jedi. |
42 | 2000 | Cracked Ego | Darth Abyssus learns that he still has allies on the Sith War Council and suggests a plan to attack a major Sith installation to draw out Darth Vindus. |
43 | 2000 | The New Emperor | Darth Vindus declares himself Emperor, High Lord of the Sith. This act has serious repercussions amongst his supporters who fear the man's ambition. |
44 | 2000 | A Sith Civility | A civil war takes place when Darth Vindus demands that the Sith step out from the shadows and reveal themselves publically. Stating that they already rule the Earth, there's no reason to hide. This sets off a chain of events which sees Darth Abyssus returning to regain his throne. |
45 | 2000 | Death Awaits No One | The supporters of Vindus and the supports of Abyssus go to war as the Jedi watch. Taking advantage of the confusion Deak and C.J. steal a priceless Sith artifact. The war ends when Darth Vindus is killed by Darth Varius who stabs him in the back. |
